You can lookup most parts in the Packard Parts List here in the website. Here is the listing for the Part # called out by Flack:

Thanks, Kev, but where does it go? I see a part just like this attached to the back of the transmission housing on the bottom, but could not seem to attach this one with it to act, as they call it, a "snubber." Yes, I do see it in the Packard parts list, but could not get it to fit on the engine itself or to the other snubber on the transmission. Does it really go on thie one on the transmission housing and I just failed to get it to fit?
Thanks again for the information.

In the parts list, there is no further description of it. That's it. Hopefully one of the guys has picture of it installed or something for reference.

The snubber is two pieces of flat bar stock, held together with vulcanized rubber. One goes on the back of the transmission, the other bolts to your frame. Minimizes clutch chatter.

Yes, I have it in position except for the vuncanized rubber. I did find the piece to which this fits and am just awaiting for the front piece to dry from painting.
Thank you for all of the information.
