Sure. From the Stromberg section of an old Chilton's which covers 29-36. Info and diagrams are also in some of the Packard service letters and manuals. Chilton's has several pictures plus dialogue. I'll scan and post later unless someone else beats me to it.

Here are pages from the stromberg manual.

The diagram is clipped but the passages are probably the same.

Stromberg built gas dumpers. They ran without economizers and only rudimentary transfer porting. The air bleeds were also deficient which resulted in poor idle quality in the absence of richness and thus excessive CO.

When they were new they performed Okay

I have a spare Stromberg EE3 carb with a 1-3/16" venturi. According to the specifications posted earlier, this makes it appropriate for 1932 Packard 12 905 and 1933 1005 & 1006. Also the following Pierce Arrows: 1933 836, 839; 1934 & 1935 836A, 840A, 845, ; and 1936 1601.
