HH56 is just trying to trick us. Look at the road bed and the reflector marker at the roads edge. Also the angle of the dangle of the foliage.
If we knew what time of day the pic was taken mite give a better clue.

I doubt that anyone would have driven the car deliberately into foliage dragging the top. Also note the space between the top of tyre and fender seems a little excessive for any car setting level.

There also seems to be some scratches on the sun vizor nearest foliage side of car.
