Packard part number 351209 became number 410576. The number 351209 was used into 1947 and then 410576 starting in 1948 and going to 1953. These numbers covered various models from 1936 thru 1953 but for the most part the junior cars. I would recommend trying to find a brake/ clutch shop that still rivets linings (good luck) and reline your existing shoes. Of course there is always Kanter or Max Merritt.

My 1955 Wagner Lockeed list this number for the front shoes==WE2003.
My 1957 Napa catalog list this number for the front shoes==B-2003.

Again good luck and remember there is always E-Bay.

Keep us posted!!!

Nothing wrong with having bonded linings glued to shoes that originally had riveted linings - done every day and most any brake shop does that type of work.

Kevin, interesting to see woven linings, I tend (perhaps incorrectly) to think of them primarily for older vehicles. Other than the fact that woven linings aren't riveted, I'd love to hear from folks who have real experience with molded and woven on the same vehicle comment on the differences in performance.

Anyone have experience with bonded or riveted shoes on the Senior three shoe Bendix system?

Different shoe material used on the Primary, Secondary, or Auxiliary shoes?
