The Kish brothers and I and Brian Harpst will all be at the Summit Racing S-P meet in Tallmadge Ohio this Saturday
11:00 AM-5:00 PM. Yesterday's Radio usually shows up and several other Packard folk. It is always a good time, but they could use some better food vendors.

What an outstanding 400. But what is that on top of the air cleaner? A model railroad car? I do not believe that it was OEM with the car ...

You can make a lot of really neat things from the parts left over after you rebuild your engine ...

Al forgot to mention brother Joe's outstanding 57 Studebaker pickup parked alongside Best Other.
Yes, old trains are my #1 hobby. Don't get me started on trains - it's hard to get me to shut up.
The trolley is a Voltamp reproduction. I wish I had an original.

Yes, many interesting vehicles including a late 30's Stude pickup, very unusual. BH showed up and we had a nice chat. Saw Bob Gibbs and his Stude truck. Bob owns Fred Waring's unusual Patrician among his many vehicles. Missed Yesterday's Radio. Jerry usually attends this show.
Bob Zimmerman was there with his 54 Pat. A very nice 53 Kaiser Manhattan was displayed, but with so much BS on it - hard to get a good pic.

The early pickup is rare. The cream 53 convertible looked very nice. I had not seen it before. Bob Gibbs standing in front of his pickup. The 53 Caribbean was a fresh restoration - outstanding! I counted on ACOlds to have pics of his award winning 57 Clipper, so I apologize for not having them.

Al and Randy for sharing the day. Not the same as being there but in my case it's as close as I'm likely to get!

As Randy said with all the talking and looking going on many picture were not taken seemed like every time I wanted to take a picture of something people were in the way. As they say you have to have been there. Inside Summit Racing building on a turntable were a Golden Hawk and this Studebaker President coupe with rumble seat I will check with my brothers to see the pictures they have.
