Dear Casey:
If a tube has a hole that will require some careful work. You need a good liquid flux like Ruby and 60/40 solder (60 tin/40 lead), and a good hot propane torch. Once the metal is tinned you can fill the hole, but most radiator shops might just pinch it off if it non-serviceable. If there is any corrosion, forget it, but you can try to pickle the area first with hydrochloric acid. Hope this helps
