There are cheaper ones out there, made in Mexico, and I'm sorry to say I bought one for my '40, painted to match my column, and don't want to replace it now. NAPA sells the 6v flasher for it. It didn't come with one. Also, the "lights"...little pieces of translucent plastic on the unit that look like they should be illuminated when you move the handle, aren't. Only the center light comes on.

Yes Howard, I have one of those and what an excellent piece of kit it is. Very easy to fit and you can actually see the lights flashing in daylight. I would recommend it to our friend enquiring.
