Can someone advise me if the front carpet of a 1941 sedan is one piece molded or is there a section that lays over the toe pan hump with the main carpet laying over that. I am making a pattern and want the installation to be as it was originally.. Thanks for any help.

This is from my'40 160, but I doubt the technique changed much.
Just cut a curve int he middle and bring the upper piece over the lower.
I didn't do mine, but the carpet (pattern and material) came from SMS Auto Fabrics here in Oregon.

On the left side, the carpet ends going around the bottom attachment of the gas pedal.

The heavy-duty carpet protector, because I drive so much, is on top of the 'original' rectangular one. Back in the day when I ordered my running board rubber from Steele Rubber Products, they included a small practice piece, so I made one from that which matches my running boards.
