They look somewhat like heraldic signs/symbols. The first one is a Stag's head, one definition of which is "One who will not fight unless provoked; peace and harmony". The second appears to represent a person with a scythe. A scythe has been defined as "The hope of a fruitful harvest". The third appears to be a pair of arms on a crown holding aloft an anchor or maybe a masonic symbol or your guess is as good as mine! Looks like you quite a mystery to solve. If you knew the history of the car, prior owners or what it was used for, that may provide some clues. Plus a sharper photo would assist.
