Yes, most if not all the Board minutes exist, several sets of copies in private hands. One set was advertised for sale a short while back.

If can't locate, try the Packard museum in Warren OH or the Studebaker museum. The paperwork was kind of split up after the buy out/merger. I had to look in both for drawings and other info.
PAC had some of the paper. Post on PAC website, also.

Do you know if the advertised copies sold, or who was selling them?
