G'day Dave,
to PackardInfo, but sorry I can't help with your request. On the other hand, I invite you to include your 25-26 Single 8 in the Packard Owners Registry..

Dave,
for including your '24 Single Eight Touring in the Packard Owners Registry. Great that this Packard is a real driver, from your comments: ".....I drive it about 5000 miles per year with the longest trip 2800 miles. Just installed new tires and ready to go, plan to drive to the National meet in July, round trip about 2500 miles." And I'm sure your installation of electronic ignition would be of interest to others here, could you share that with us?

Not too shy to talk

re: electonic ignition. I used a Pertronix unit, talked to them at length and they came up with a combination of chevy pick up and buick magnetic ring. the only problem was the fit of the buick ring. Had to have a eight sided bushing made with eight sides on the inside and outside to fit my cam and the inside of the ring. Had an old machinist make this for me. the unit works great, a lot easier than the dual points. I do keep the original and an extra electronic under the seat just in case.
