We've seen lots of footage of the state of the Packard plant on East Grand Boulevard but you chaps might find this one interesting

Images taken by an aerial drone give a new perspecitve.

Thank you for the feed ... if it wasn't for all of the graffiti, the scene would resemble post-wartime footage of places like Sarajevo, Beirut, or Berlin. A very sad image of what was once an impressive, vibrant factory.

You can make a lot of really neat things from the parts left over after you rebuild your engine ...

Yeah, that drone video was posted back on November 1, 2013 by "Mr. Pushbutton" on post #18 here:packardinfo.com/xoops/html/modules/newbb ... lat&order=ASC&type=&mode=0&start=10

Good to see it again - probably deserves its own thread.

Now you know what Mr. Fernando Palazuelo is up against.

I'm surprised falling debris didn't knock it out of flight.

The roads in the area are in pretty good shape compared to the rest of Michigan.

This state has the most useless crooked government in the nation. All they care about is restricting birth control and paying out more welfare while claiming to be conservative.

The roads are falling apart. In some places you have to drive at walking pace down entire streets. There are potholes big enough to use for trench warfare. Today I inquired why people put up with crooked Michigan car insurance. Some people pay $10,000 per year to insure a car in Michigan. Yet it's not even a political issue.

People in this state don't care. It's like they have no concept of a better life. Some are pretty crooked liars though.

On the engineering side I have to keep a bucket handy for vomit.
