By the front bumper with the outboard stabilizers and the headlamp support bar in front of what appears to be a vee'd radiator shell behind an aftermarket stone guard, I believe it to be a 1932, or Ninth Series Packard. the YOM plate is also in the correct colors for a 1932 California tag. Unfortunately I've no idea where this beauty is today.

Could very well be as I know nothing about these early cars but I will change the file name on my network harddrive to not mix it up again. Thank you very much for the correction.
As for the car itself, I loved the two-tone blue and used to see it pass by when in town visiting family but I lived in Bellevue, Washington at that time and was a teenager with several Packards of my own. It was in very nice condition but was driven rather than being a trailer queen. This was the only time I actually saw it parked anywhere.

It could be a 1931 model, too, with the '32 update "kit".
