There is a post on the PAC forum about Casco antenna repairs. I know nothing about the individual or the service but since the topic has come up a few times on this forum and he did not post over here I will pass the info on so those in need can check it out.

This the return post from the Packard antenna supplier as mentioned by HH56 above.
"Thanks for your interest. The antenna cables (kits) are $99.00 each. I'd be happy to extend a 10% discount for buying more than one, which almost exactly the shipping cost. Iv'e sent one to Arizona, and the shipping was $9.60. Thus, the total price for two would be would be $189.00 frieght pre-paid. They are fully returnable. If you like, I can send the Service Procedure ahead of your purchase (kindly Email your address) so you can get a handle on how the old cables get damaged and how the new cables are installed. Depending on your time frame, you may send me a $100.00 deposit and I'll send them, with rest due on delivery. I have three in stock, and expect 10 more early next week."

This is a big issues for some other period brands, too. The nylon mast drive breaks, but not available new/NOS. Can use the old ones, if good, but won't last, they break with age. Supply is dwindled, so I hope someone comes up with a repro part. Motors aren't made either, few, if any, options for rebuild due to size.
So if anyone knows of other sources, please post. I haven't found any.
