Some people have more money then sense. But I would imagine this is what happens when a few guys are sitting around with too much time on their hand, and too many beers in the cooler and think up ways to "improve" their cars.

The JCWhitney Cadillac ornament is a nice touch. But if you're going to rod a Packard please do it like this, so there is no confusion between the resulting POS and a Packard
