Try Max Merritt. They may have a rebuilt one in stock in exchange for your core. There are rebuilders too that will rebuild your pump, but the wait period can be long and there is shipping both ways. Others here will be along shortly with some other suggestions.

Do you HAVE one that needs rebuilt, or don't even have one to begin with?

You can get a rebuild kit from Max Merritt and rebuild it yourself if you're handy that way. Or get a rebuilt from Max Merritt as mentioned. Or maybe there is someone local that can rebuild it for you? Always nice to deal locally incase you have issues.

If you don't have one, there are a couple listed on eBay. I think Ross Miller has about 700 of these at his shop (I'm exaggerating... a little). There were two A/C pumps used on the 24th-54th series junior series car - either model would work. The senior cars used Carter fuel pumps (just reading this out of the parts book). Check Group 9.200.
My suggestion is to get a kit from Then and Now and rebuild an old one. I like their kits because the diaphragms come installed on pushrods and are ready to install. The kits from MM and the Classic Preservation Coalition are just the diaphragms, and you have to re-use your pushrods and press the new diaphragms on at home. The pumps are super easy to rebuild, and Then and Now has YoutTube videos that allow you to basically do the rebuild with them. Get it bead blasted locally and you can rebuild it yourself, good as new. If you need help, I at least live in your state (assuming NC means you live in NC - I'm out east in Greenville) and would be happy to help.

Joe, thanks for writing that response as that's exactly what I would have said.

Appreciate it all, car is a great running, driving car but not getting any fuel to the carb upon start up so was aiming to go ahead and replace the fuel pump. So the one on the car can be rebuilt if an already rebuilt one is not readily available.

I rebuilt my fuel pump and carb on my '53 Cavalier last year and what a difference!
The pump rebuild is not too hard a project, but there are a couple of things to watch for. Here's a good video that you can follow along with. youtu.be/g4uJh_mn_6g?si=XoL09UmV0kGdBFQn And as mentioned, make sure the kit you get has the pushrods already attached to the diaphragms. ![]() ![]() ![]()

I saw that too while proofing the parts book but in spite having had a 1951 300, a 1952 Patrician, two 1954 Patricians and three Henney-Packards of the era which are essentially 300s, I’ve never seen a Carter for these. All were AC.
