The guy who worked on my radio wasn't a big fan of shipping these things, but I will PM you his contact info.

Here is a directory of folks in Southern California who work on vintage audio equipment, that might be a good bet as well.

Vibrator isn't working then. Is there an inline fuse? Is the fuse okay?

I will definitely check to see if the fuse is ok but by the look of things, the vibrator is inexpensive so I may start with that too

The 0Z4 rectifier tube is another item that often fails.

Can’t stress enough to replace the capacitors first! Otherwise you might have one explode and/or cause a fire. I am speaking from experience as I’ve had it happen.
