Thanks for checking on this for me. PLEASE excuse the profound mess under the car. I haven't had a chance to clean up under it yet (it is still a grease monster). Looking at the parts book, all 22nd and 23rd series cars shared the same rod and bearing assembly for the front stabilizer (13.113), so that should look the same across this series. I know one oddity on mine is the orientation of the radiator as it relates to the cradle. My car has the radiator behind the cradle, where I know other 22nd/23rd series cars had the radiator in front of the cradle. I'm not sure how that would've effected the relationship of the radiator to the stabilizer bar underneath. My stabilizer bar ultimately runs BEHIND the cradle base, which puts it under the radiator.

Supers and Super Deluxe cars in the 23d series had the radiator behind the cradle as they had an extra 7 inches of hood length to burn up.

Ok that all looks like I would expect.

It was this picture that confused me as that bar coming down from the top looks very much like a pre-war swaybar where it connects to the jack pads on the front of the trailing arms.

Here is the one on my 37:

Back to your issue, I would expect the center of that swaybar to move very much, just rotate a bit. Perhaps your bushings toasted where the bar mounts to the frame. Or something else has changed which is affecting the geometry of that bar.
