If you are dealing with a suspect seller that wants you to use Friends and Family with that excuse, offer to add 5% to the total to cover the fees. If you get ANY pushback... walk away. Realistically, sellers that are at least vaguely aware of PayPal's fee structure (including me) will either just bump their prices slightly (on large orders) or just handle the fee (for small orders). Personally I don't care unless it's like $250+ as I'm usually charged 3%.

Also got a PM from him asking me to contact his friend who sells the parts I need on that suspicious email-adress: "benson_mile@proton.me"
".me" is the email-ending for "Montenegro" He writes that he came from Miami but his time-zone in his account is: "(GMT) Greenwich Mean Time, London, Dublin, Lisbon, Casablanca, Monrovia" ... stay careful and watch out for that information-mismatch before making deals online! Greetings, Oliver

I've received email notifications of having Private Messages here from david_mye fulfilling everything that has ever been on my WTB wishlist. When I look here, there are no private messages. Perhaps they disappear from my inbox when his Packardinfo account is deleted or blocked?
