Back to the projector: I have a Eumig Model:Mark S-802D
and it states: Super 8, Single 8 and Standard 8. It has a built in speaker and I used it to play Super 8 movies with sound. It was made in Austria and I bought it in 1978. It works as far as I remember but might need some minor adjustments. I could check it out if necessary. I would love to find someone that can use it. IM me with any ideas or interest. ( I just found the owner's manual and original receipt)

The 'cogs' that Super 8 film runs on are spaced differently than those which standard 8mm uses. Get the format wrong and kiss your (most likely) brittle film goodbye. As mentioned above, there are many projectors still floating around that can accommodate both sizes.
