Brian Harpst has posted most, if not all of the RPO codes for 55-56. I doubt if the codes had changed from 54 (why keep having to learn new codes).
On my 56 400 it came with 8:20 15s - code OT. Just guessing OT = Oversize Tire. OT = White Sidewall Tires - 8:20 x 15, 4 ply

The '55 RPO sheet is here.
The '56 RPO sheet is here. From what I read it would appear that the oversize tires were an option (OT) for the Caribbean convertible in 1956 but were not an option (TTO) in 1955. Which doesn't answer your question about 1954.
