That '37 claims a numbers matching V8! I don't even know of any numbers to match up on the straight 8! Also, is that cylinder above the horns some weird air cleaner?

Nice looking but unrealistic on the price. You can buy a nice senior packard for that kind of $$. It's a 1092, not a 138CD

Here's a 36 120 showroom album brochure. According to the seller these brochures were for dealers only. The accessory that caught my eye was the clock in the mirror! Nothing new under the sun I guess (don't forget to rewind it every day. I didn't know they had a deluxe model in 36, but according to the description on the heater there is.

Where to begin on the '37 120, let's see, we can start at the front bumper. Actually, both bumpers are missing the horizontal black painted stripe across their centers, and that big central front bumper guard is something I've never seen before on a '37. The original front and rear bumper guards seem to be missing their black striping, also. Under the hood, as mentioned, sits a latter-day oil bath air cleaner. Moving to the interior, it's hard to tell but I don't think the seating cloth is quite authentic, buttons are missing from the seat cushions and seatbacks, and the pleating should extend all the way up and over the top of the seatbacks. The cloth on the left rear quarter and left rear door trim panels looks puckered and loose. The garnish moldings and rear seat ashtrays are painted a light color, they should have been woodgrained. It looks like the fine pinstriping is missing from the side window and backlight reveals. As mentioned, that's a lot of money for a car that is so inauthentic in it's restoration.

Yes, defiantly too much for the money. It does appear to have a shutter grill but that's about all from a CD I can see.

One more thing I have noticed is that the cane shifter is not chrome but painted, That is off a 115C and not a 120C. Save your money. looking at 3-4k with the woodgraining to get that car right if it was done professionally.
