Thanks for the headsup, Brian. I contaced the authors yesterday and bought one, will add it to the Bookshelf in due course.

Meanwhile, I've updated my post of 11/28, to cross off a couple more titles that have since been covered.

I'm pleased to see that we now have nearly three times the entries that I started off with. I'm sure a few more existing titles will come home to roost in the near future, but I've no doubt that some new books will roll of the press in the years to come.

Thanks to all who have contributed to the launch of this resource!

What a great idea you had, Brian, and what great execution, Kev and yourself! I've got two more books to do in the next few days and that will pretty much exhaust my Packard library. Newbies to the Packard hobby should really find this a great source of information.

Hello Packard BookLovers:

I added a new entry to the bookshelf last evening. Dennis Adler's "Packard" is a Motorbooks Classics that covers the Company history. Color and B&W photos are all glossy and many I have not seen elsewhere. Enjoy!

Brian,

The Bookshelf continues to GROW!
You can cross off another one.
I posted Griffiths, "Packard: A History in Ads" on the website tonight.
Some of the Ads deserve posting in the Pictures section. I will try to do that later.
Thanks to you, BigKev, all contributers and grateful readers for the momentum of this feature.
Enjoy!

Today I added Walt Harris' softcover booklet on mascots, hood ornaments, trademarks and Moto-meters. A book of very narrow focus on a topic we rarely have the opportunity to read much about.

Good observation West, that's a significant work and it should be there. I don't have one (can't afford a Packard Twelve to go with it) but will see if I can borrow it from someone.

Today I added the small Profile Publications (UK) pamphlet (profile #94) on the 8 & 12 cylinder Packards 1923-1942. I'm not sure of the publication date but since they published photos and creditied Studebaker-Packard Corporation I suspect it was 1962 or earlier.
