That could be right Don, I suppose the answer will be found in the AQ book or one of McPherson's publications. But I thought 1938 because of that exceptionally lovely art-carved A. J. Miller hearse on the 1938 120 chassis that used to make the show circuits regularly. Do you wish a photo of it?

Old Kodachrome, taken at the 1993 Packard National in Asheville, NC. Those A. J. Miller art-carved were stunning!
As Packard had supplied some 1938 chassis to Miller, that's why I thought their exclusive with Henney couldn't have been consummated in 1937. Attach file:  (77.38 KB)
