I see the Air Conditioned badge but no compressor under the hood. Otherwise an interesting car!

Sounds like a crock to me. The car probably went through a chop shop with the intent of doing weddings and the open roof bit was for pictures.

It's obviously been rather heavily abuse given all the missing parts.

Re: 1942 160 on Craigslist:
