Am I right in saying the dash is incorrect and the exterior color also?

Still looks like a fairly nice car. How much do these inconsistencies hurt the value?

More than a bit of uncertainly when judging colors, especially when viewed on a monitor so I'll leave comment to others on your two questions.

What I found interesting is that it's a LHD but Canadian-bult Packard, not that that is rare but it is somewhat unusual and probably a result of higher demand for the junior models that Detroit could handle. I've seen a half-dozen or so others, all also 1936 120s.
