Drove the 115C to the C&C event yesterday. This was the first one I had attended this year. Previous dates (the second Sunday of the month) were with rain or threatening weather. There was a good turn out with all the lots and parking garages full. It must have been Subaru WRX day because there was a lot full of them. The Packard was the only one of that make there, as usual. Lots of attention and complimentary comments. It was about a 30 mile round trip and the car never missed a beat.

Yes, in this case, less is more. The bail ornament was the standard equipment. To mount the Goddess of Speed elevates the ornament but not the whole car. Modesty is a virtue.
