What year did the catalog come out? Are theses 1940, or 1930 signs?

I'm quessing late '30's. Wouldn't it be great to have a couple of those around! I have never seen the "Safe place to buy a used car". It looks great. Thanks for sharing the pics.

Here is a photo of a newly erected post-war Packard sign. The photo was taken in December, 1948 just as my father was moving into his new dealership building in Santa Fe. Also note the round 'Approved Packard Service' sign and the coat-of-arms window transfers.
