What a fantastic way to spend the week!! Hope you both have a safe trip and post some pictures of the event. Is this the Tour that Dwight was setting up? I hope to participate in the future.
Regards, Robert.

Having taken a few laps around The Glen myself, I think you guyz will really enjoy that road course - even at controlled speeds.

Although Dwight was involved in past tours I don't believe he had any involvement in this one, the organizers were East Grand Packards, the New York region of PAC. The organization has been just impeccable in every way. And yes I'll post some photos later.

Here's just a few photos from PAC's Henry Joy Tour in the Finger Lakes of New York, somewhat over 50 Packards in total. Next year's tour will be at Saratoga, New York, hope to see some of your there. Note the unique directional signals on the 1940 120 sedan, said to have been manufactured for export. It also has factory AC, extremely rare in a junior Packard. You'll also find frequent correspondent to these pages Mr. Randy Berger with car at Watkins Glen, and my (Owen Dyneto) Caribbean getting a fuel pump change on the way. Also of note is the black 1940 one-off formal by Derham.

Just a few more:
The last picture, despite some rude comments, is NOT Manny, Moe and Jack! It aint Larry, Curly and Moe either. That's Randy, Dave and Ole. We all had a great time and made some new Packard friends. Saratoga in 2009 will be the next tour and Chuck Flinchbaugh has promised a good one. Many thanks to East Grand Packards for a well-organized, successful tour.

Great pictures guys and thanks for posting. Those are some beautiful cars!
Too bad about the faulty fuel pump on the Carib. If that was the only issue on the tour I would call it a complete success! Thanks again for sharing your experience. Regards, Robert.
