Great job on your Clipper! I know yours looks as good in person as it does in the pictures. Love the Blue, mine was Bikini Blue under all the Gray paint. I could see it on the rims when I sanded them and the paint numbers showed it to be the Bikini Blue. For now I am stuck with gray for a few more years.
Hope to showing mine in the color you have posted, will keep the numbers for future reference.

Kev, I have to agree with everyone else. The car is looking mighty good. Of course, we can give all the kudo's in the world but the true sign of approval is yet to come. That test will be the first time you drive your girls somewhere in the new makeover. Will they slouch down and want to get out at the corner or let you drive right up to the door and call out a greeting to their friends.

Thanks guy! Yes, I think one I get it all back together and have it driving reliable, they will be more receptive. I think as long as it is still garage bound, they still think of it as something I am tinkering with.

Is there any sealant used/needed between the cowl hood seal and the cowl?, or does it simple go on dry?

Got the cowl hood seal installed. Man that was a pain. Not sure if it was the thickness of the new paint or what, but it took me pushing from the top and pulling from bottom to get the little nubs lock in the cowl. If the dash wasn't out of the car, I may still be out there fighting it.

Also installed the new headliner bow gromets in the roof, and got the passenger side door handles on. I need to replace one clip that broke on me. Not impressed with those new door clips. I really think the could be made our of flat stainless sheet without the prongs even needed and be 100% more durable. Just need someone with a waterjet machine to cut the patterns.

I spoke to someone else today that had the same issues with them. I think the OEM spring steel ones were far superior.

Where did you get the little pins to push in in the cowl or did you just reuse the old ones.
