I'll post these pics for a while, but since they aint Packards I'll remove them after a week or so. If there are any objections, I'll remove them sooner. Gorgeous 34 Airflow.

Thanks my Father sold Hudsons for years, 36 to 54 in their Hay day. Ahead of their time, nice pictures.

Randy: Thanks for posting the pictures of the Hudson's. Right now I am reading a book on the history of Hudson's.

That is the first time I have ever seen a picture of an AirFlow with the hood open.

Randy,

From what Al inferred in the Chat Room the other day I have a feeling the Airflow is modified. Is that correct, or did I misunderstand?

And I'm with Gerd. Leave the post and pic's as we're all car guys with a specific Packard preference but appreciative of other automotive machinery. And like Gerd, a number of my posts do not always contain Packard pic's only.

Yes, the Airflow has been street rodded. We have the identical car where I work, unaltered. You can see modern letter-series tires and wheels and chrome everything under the hood, probably a "belly button" SBC.

The air flow inded had a X motor but the outside was mostly stock and the workmanship superb. As a car person you have to admire and recognize the effort time money and understanding spouse that goes into owning and restoring or modifying any old car. The finished results are one of the reasons we go to shows and then talking to owners. We are all the same breed the ones who like and admire cars. The cruises around here are really events where similar minded people get to gether and socialize and spend time with like minded people. Some events have food which is another thing I enjoy. Cars friends and food can't get any better than that.
