Where the throttle linkage crosses over the head, what is the correct paint color or finish for the brackets, arms and the rod?

From these snips out of 21st series training manuals and a few factory photos shown in Bob Neal's book, I think they were the natural color metal also.

If they are rusty, Kev's suggestion for refinishing is a good one. Mine were fairly decent so I did a run over with a wire wheel followed by clear non gloss acrylic to hopefully keep them clean for awhile.

Hi JW - they all deliver to the 49th State. However USPS will not deliver aerosols or anything else they consider hazardous and UPS and FedEx charge stiff premiums if they accept these items at all. Despite so called "ground" service, shipments are always flown in from Seattle, hence the restrictions.
I would really like to try some of the Eastwood plating products but its a no go.
There, probably more than you ever wanted to know about Alaska logistics.
