Sorry guys I have been off the grid, work has been a bear and I have been deal with family related issues.

Just got back from a 4 day trade show I had to work which involved 16 hour work days. Back at home for two days, then off to Chicago for more work related activities.

Time to break out wthe winter gear I have as I hear that Chicago is going to be bone chilling cold this coming weekend.

I went out for lunch today. It was a balmy 50 degrees. I started to break a sweat as I got out into the sun.

This weekend it will be in the 20's. So bring the long underwear!

Are you staying downtown Kev? Is there a trade show here this weekend?

Stay warm!

Mark

It was a cold 34F with wind and misting rain trying to turn into sleet in Fredericksburg today. Part of a large early winter storm system affecting the west and southwest. It is not expected to warm-up until Wednesday. Freezing temps in Austin are not predicted, but it feels like it with the wind chill factor.

Drove over in the 2013 VW Beetle TDI to shop at the Christmas store there to augment our Dickens Christmas Village collection. It is growing from a little wide place in the road a few years ago to a sizable burg today.

Look forward to breaking out the 115C for a drive on Thanksgiving.
