Just watched a video of ice water challenge by Summit Racing and, to my surprise, spotted what appears to me to be a Packard on display in their window.

Quite surprising--why does Summit have a 52 Studebaker Starliner and a 63 Avanti on display?

Back from Summit Studebaker Packard cruise . There was one major change on my above post stated nice place with trees for shade. some changes the parking lot has been expanded but not as many trees to hide from sun. We still had a good time lots of nice cars final count of cars not in yet but around 30 some Packards and 50 Studebakers with Henry J and Hudsons . Randy also took some pics The Blue 37 has just had the engine redone take a close look at the engine it could have been used as a table center piece and it is driven per the owner

acolds, thank for taking time to post the nice pictures, some fine-looking cars there. And special thanks for the VN and theft-proof on the 37 Twelve. The theft-proof fits in very neatly with a block of numbers that are all Twelves, suggesting again that Twelve production was campaigned as we have seen before.
The Diamond T truck is a gem, certainly the pinnacle in quality and rugged construction of such trucks, and they seldom trade and really go for premium prices. Many of them used the 1934 Packard instrument panel and gauges though the speedometer only went to 60 or 80 mph, not 120.

Hi acolds
Thanks for the pictures, nice turn out of Packards and Studebakers as well as other independent makes. That '53 convertible looks very elegant and sporting in light yellow. The '37 Twelve is a knockout, though one blue would have been enough. After 1931, fenders in another color or shade aren't as appealing. Steve
