What is that last tool in the picture?
Combo spark plug and fender skirt wrench.

OD,
Can you post a close up picture of that tool? Is that a rod that sticks out at the top?

I don't have a close-up photo, nor the tool itself. It's exactly like the millions of cheap spark plug wrenches that came with many cars and are seen by the tens of thousands at flea markets in that one end has two holes thru it and the rod is inserted and becomes the handle. To my knowledge the only difference from the traditional plug wrench is that one end is 14mm for the spark plugs and the other end sized for the skirt retaining bolt rather than the more normal 10mm spark plug, or at least that's how I understand it.
No doubt someone will have a good photo for you, these things are more common that snow & ice in the northeast.

Thanks OD.
I did not have that tool in any of the cars I've had. packardinfo.com/xoops/html/downloads/partslist5556/16_Tools.pdf It almost seems that the export cars got the tools, I wonder why? The box is the container!

16.011 shows fender shroud (skirt) and wrench. The skirt bolt head is the same size as the spark plug (14mm).

Yes, thanks for reminding me on that, Kev. So it's just an ordinary 10/14mm spark plug wrench after all.

Also, the Detroit PAC region sells the correct shirt bolts for the different years. While the bolt heads are 14mm, the shaft diameters are different sizes depending on the year. I discovered this by accident. So make sure you check the shaft size to get the correct one.
