Removing the rear pump oil jump tubes. Whoever installed these last hammered them in so they were deformed and pretty much swedged in place. They were a pain to remove. So I will need to find new ones as I dont think I can clean these ones up.
Next I removed the rear pump.

In picture HighRange9, what the heck are those welds? Doesnt look factory.
Also, is there a modern/HF tool to compress that clutch spring? Not sure what the clutch facings are supposed to look like new. But I guess those are worn.

I did find this (SSB-359), I wonder if this explains what I am seeing with the welds on the High Range Clutch casing:

I ordered a clutch compressor tool for about $40 that I think will do the job.
Trying to figure out what parts I am going to need to order. Figure at a minimum I will need a gasket kit and seals. I will have to check the bushings and brake bands as well. Figure new clutch disks are a requirement. Perhaps I should have waited until Ross was back in the states for back for his technical expertise on all of this!
