Im looking for pistons for a Single Six ?28.
Ive tried in:
www.kanter.com
www.egge.com

Neither of them answers the email. Maybe the emails are wrong in their web pages, but its a little strange.
Any suggestions?
thanks for reading

They are both among the first places I would contact for piston availability info.

Egge's website says for info email to info@egge.com

For Kanter, you can email the Packard parts department directly at stu@kanter.com

If neither of those vendors have any pistons, you could always have aftermarket forged pistons made. For my 56 V-8, I sent an old piston to Ross Pistons and they made a set of 8 in the bore size I wanted. Here's a link to their website:

I have two new stds. and a set of very good 0.60 over. The used set came out of my 526 convertible coupe as I had to replace a cracked block that was not repairable. My new block was very rusty and would not clean up at 0.60 over so I sleeved it back to standard. I also have one rebabbeded (sp) rod.

IMO, now-days coast to coast phone calls are free.....Why not just call them and be proactive?

jesus68 my bad......I didn't notice you are in Spain. My suggestion was not to be taken as flippant, rather, I thought you could get information faster by a phone call. Sorry.
I hope you find your pistons.
Regards,
Stefe

There is nothing strange about not getting an immediate answer when looking for parts for a 90 year old car. Neither Rome nor antique cars are built or rebuilt in a day.

Yes we have new pistons for $80 each but you did not state what oversize (if any) you need. We do not have all sizes but we also have semi-finished pistons. Do you need rings also?

Here are the pictures of the 28 6 pistons. I have no idea what it would cost to ship, you must find out. I will find out costs to ship to east coast. There is no damage, don't forget they are 60 oversize. They are made by Jahns Pistons. Dell
