1940 120 with rebuilt engine and overdrive. This sounds like a good deal.

The 37 Sixes have four louvered sections on the hood panel with a bright metal covering on the first one. The bright metal trim is missing on this car. The louvered sections are painted on the 115s where the 120s have a bright metal covering on all four. Also, the instrument panel clearly belongs to a Six. The 120s are a different design with an art deco theme. Most attractive. The ad states it is a 6-cylinder. It is a 115C. JWL

The side view picture clearly shows where the 4 die cast chrome pieces are missing. 37 120's are my forte. A speedometer dash section on a 115 does not have the chrome piece on each side of it. I stand on it being a 120. The 6 cylinder in the description is just a typo.

1936 and 1937 120's Are what we like best. But we also like all other Packards too.

Don, you are correct. My 37 is not at home and I was relying on memory of what the instrument panel looks like. It is a 120C. JWL

This car is very tempting to me....price is right, and if it's in decent running condition I'm sure I can figure out how to take care of the other things that need attention. Now to convince my wife that right now is the right time to buy a Packard -Kevin

A pet peeve of mine in ads is no photos to see if the interior is good original, authentic wool interior, period look wool, shreds, or polyester. Nothing inherently wrong with any, but a huge difference from one end of the spectrum to another.
