1937 120-c convertible front bow

As I'm getting closer to ordering my convertible fabric, I mocked up my frame once again. Is this gap normal between the top bow and windshield? It's about 1/4" in the center at it's largest gap and gradually tapers towards the ends. The ends have no gap.

Just can't stay away

The original front 6-120 bows had a grove over the front windshield top bar for a weather strip piece

Yes, there's a groove in the wooden header bow. I just didn't know if that gap was normal.

The only one I've had occasion to observe closely was on a 1936 120 convertible coupe and it fit much more intimately than yours.

Like covert and O_D said, no gap. There was no gap on my 115C. I'll look for a photo and post one if I find it.

A couple of days later... I hope this photo will help. I could not find a closer view.
