Don't know where or when this photo was taken other than it's in Australia. Trans Australia Airlines was taken over by Qantas in the '90's but, with the DC3 and Packard, this is obviously well before that. Interesting '38/39 with dual rear wheels! Sorry for the photo size, that's all I have.
