Floor pan Replacement on a 42'

As I start tearing the car apart I know I will need to replace the floor panels on my 1942 convertible. Curious where others have bought replacement panels or if they just fabricated their own replacements. There was a guy that sold them of Ebay but he is no longer making them.
I have not found any other sources for replacement sheet metal on the web.
If I do make my own - is 18 Gauge the correct replacement.

Thanks for your insight.

As far as I know the only company that made any kind of repro panels for Packards is Classic 2 Current and while they have something for most years do not cover all models.c2cfabrication.com Their panels are a starting point and not an exact replacement. Most will cover a space but do not have some exact depths in the various depressions. Most will also need work to make them fit precisely .

Well that is bad news if it is a permanent thing. While not perfect they were a help and the only game in town for those of us who only have limited metal skills.

They show quite a few for 1941 which might work. This link shows all their Packard panels.

Everything is listed as fitting a 110. I was under the assumption the bodies were pretty much the same between the 110’s and 120’s. The main difference was from the cowl forward.
Any insight as to if this is correct?
I have a call into them to see what is available.

I just talked to Classic to Current Fabrication and they told me I was given the wrong information. They did quit making them for a while but are now making them again.
It will take them 7+ days to custom make and ship.
The confusion was they will no longer be listing them on eBay because of the new eBay rules where they have to be in stock and ship within a day or so.
They will also give Veteran's a 10% discount

I believe 1941-2 110-120-127" wb 160 bodies are essentially the same. There are some 160 differences but those are generally of interest in detecting fake 160's
