BDC, that's just what I was thinking.

1) What is the function of the device, mounted at the dash board? Is it a window heater outlet?

2) And how about the panel under the dash board? Is it the heater control?

The windshield gadget is the defroster. The under dash widget is likely a disconnect switch for the main electrical along with the road lights.

The best part of that deal seems to go to the carnival barkers as they soak the buyers for 17% without doing any work, risking any capital, or knowing anything about cars. Typical "post industrial economy". No wonder human behavior seems to be off the rails nowadays.

Quick search, can't seem to find any valuation for '39s P's? I guess this is the new benchmark?

Tim, very kind of you.
A decade later, while inventing the wheel, the ingenious Soviets installed an under dash widget into the armored version of the ZIS, following the example set by the 1937 armored Twelve of uncle Joe.
