Braces? Do you mean the body supports? If so and if those are gone on your car, you may have some other serious structural issues too so perhaps a frame transplant is in order.

Perhaps you are referring to the formed sheet metal reinforcements that help tie and support the inner rockers to the floor pan, which happen to be aligned with the frame outriggers for the body mounts.

These reinforcements, used on all 51-56, often rust out, but I've seen generic floor pan supports/channels in the aftermarket with a hat-shaped cross-section that I'm thinking might be modified to work.

Please provide a pic so we can be sure what you're talking about.

Yes that is what I meant sorry if my post was a little unclear guys! I can attach some photos in a little bit. But perhaps just fabricating some could be easier? I thought I would try and see if someone here by chance had some lying around lol!

Hmmm maybe these aren't original then? Lol

I'm not sure what those are either but they seem a good way to transfer chassis vibrations to the body! Maybe someone was racing the car in its early life and needed the extra support.
