I have been looking for cap rotor points condensers and everything for the internals of the distributor but I am having a problem finding them out of my local auto parts stores. Where is the best place to order these parts? I have been looking online but would love some guidance.

Napa can supply most if not all that you need. Some parts can be found at the other chain stores and their clerks should be able to cross their offerings to a Napa number. You might check out the parts x-ref and look for the items you need for the particular year and distributor (Delco or Autolite) that is in your car.packardinfo.com/xoops/html/modules/parts/index.php?cat=19&catname=ELECTRICAL Others have found the modern numbers that will work in place of the factory items. Although some numbers are older and could be obsolete by now most in the x-ref database are good.

You might also see if Kanter Autokanter.com/packard/ or Max Merrittpackardparts.com can help. They are our primary vendors and on some items will have individual parts and on others, will be part of a complete tuneup kit they have available for some of the more common distributors.

If that is a senior car & a Delco distributor, parts are not hard to find.
Avoid using the rotor with the internal resistor, lots of info on this site.
