Changed the coolant and oil on the '54. Tanked filled and stabil treated. Probably get a couple more drives out of this season. But otherwise ready for its winter nap.

Every few years. Mostly to keep the rust inhibitors good. Also, the garage here can keep into the 20s then it's sun-zero outside for multiple days.

It occurred to me this morning I should probably flush the brake fluid, as it has been a couple of years. So, I am sure the fluid is probably less than pristine.
That will be a project for some day this week after work. I can also adjust the brakes while under there, as it hasn't been done since I was in California.

Brake fluid changed. Old fluid was cloudy, but not horrible (see pic). Also adjusted the brakes. The fronts needed some adjustment, rears almost none.

Good job! Of course the fronts do most of the stopping so no surprise that they needed more adjustment than the rears. Is that standard brake fluid?
