And in addition to the manuals, Packard often provided adjustment information in service counselor articles when a new model carb was added to the line. You can search the factory service index link in the left menu to see if there is one for your car.
There are also several Carter publications on various WGO carbs. In addition to the how to rebuild info there are often service settings or specs listed.
