I have a '35 1200 is anyone familiar with how the horn button is removed from the steering wheel?

packardinfo.com/xoops/html/downloads/1933-1936PartsList.pdf Page 166 Horn But, Light Lever, Throttle Lever all an assy to a shaft/rod that goes thru the str column. U have to break the shaft loose from all at lower end and pull assy out/up then go from there. NOT a 10 min job.
