I'm pretty sure the bearing is leaking.
Those bearings are around. I forget the part number. And the 0 rings you can get. They might be on my blog. Or kit from max. Which comes with the bearing too.

The bearing right behind the pulley is a sealed bearing, 6203 2RSJ. You should replace it as the grease has been washed out of it by now. The seal that actually retains the fluid is behind the bearing and is a CR 7440. I usually get them from NAPA. Those pumps are exceptionally well made and if you replace those two items you will likely have no troubles.

Thanks for the information.
I rebuilt this pump in the spring of 2021 with the kit from Max. Only filled it with fluid last fall. Perhaps I put the seal in backward or something. I will open it up this week and take a look before I get parts.

Shouldn't matter if it's a single-lip seal but I always prelube seals.
Sometimes fluid leaks from around the seal also. There's some goop you can buy to seal the OD of a seal. Forget what it's called but they use it all the time at work (we make industrial equipment).

I recently received the sweeps and fuzzies door glass.
Does anyone know if these can be glued into place? I can get the little clips used originally but the seals do not have the holes for the clips and its going to be a nightmare trying to get them all to align and drilled correctly.

Unfortunately I don't know. I don't see a problem aside from finding the correct strength of adhesive—something to hold them on but not make them impossible to remove if needed.
Stewart can you do me a favor? If your "combs" aren't already on... can you take a picture of this area. I need to know how to attach the little Reynolds wrap piece. Pretty sure there's slots for self tappers hidden under either paint or Bondo, but it would help to know exactly where.

Just my
When I replaced my fuzzies that used clips I taped and wedged the strip in place then used a sharp pointed 90 degree scribing tool to push in thru the existing door holes from the inside and mark the locations in the rubber on back of the strip. If you don't want to do that or if your fuzzies are the type held with staples then as long as the back of the strip is somewhat smooth and there are no large gaps I think they could be glued by using a good strength heavy adhesive. That alone may be enough but with the force of the window and particularly the chrome frame surround pushing and pulling against it I would also think a bit of mechanical strength would be a good idea. Using a clip at each end and maybe one in the middle would add a bit of security. Of course as HPH mentioned, the downside to adhesive is they will be difficult to remove again.

You can always use a ridiculously weak (for metal) adhesive like Elmer's Glue just to keep things seated if it's, say, clipped only at both ends.

Thanks again guys.
I think I will order the clips for the exterior section and maybe use the adhesive on the interior. Ya'll know I am just making this up as I go. I am not going to be able to help with that small piece of reynolds wrap as I have the same problem. I think I probably put body filler over mine as well. I asked about it here several months ago but never got a response.
