Hi Howard,
So how can I "easily" remove the plastic emblem on the steering wheel on my '54....I don't want to break anything! Thanx, Les

Les - Horn button, ring, and steering wheel removal can be seen in the video below, at 5:57. As Howard said the button just pops off with an easy turn.

Thanks everyone for your replies. Potatoes video was the most helpful showing how to adjust the contacts
When I disconnected both horns, the relay was clicking pretty consistently, so I figured my problem was not in the steering wheel. I hooked up each horn individually and the driver side worked but the passenger did not. One of the bolts was stripped and I finally had to cut it off to remove the horn. Following the video, I took the horn off, removed the cover the adjusted as was shown. It took a million tries!, but it finally worked. I got new bolts from the local hardware and re-tapped the plate for reassembly. The horns work now, problem solved. Thanks again for all your replies.
