That indeed gives it as a very early 1916 Twin Six. (There were no 1915's.) In terms of hard data, you should check with the respective Packard Club roster keeper and the Packard Proving Grounds. Why are you looking for this info?

We think the chassis was purchased by the family in late 1915 and sent to Brewster for coach work. Unfortunately, all of those purchase records are long gone. A production date would help to confirm the timing.

Also, there maybe a casting date on the engine block. While not a production date, at least you'll know the production date was after that.
